Had issues with down stairs neighbor. ARIUM was not willing to give us any opportunity or help to work or a better relationship or situation. Paige in the leasing office only said it was in the lease to not give us a reason. After I asked if they would be willing to work with a Disabled Veteran and the Douglas County department of human services. She said No just move out. Worst place to live. They don't enforce leash laws or residents to clean up after their dogs. Can't walk a foot with out seeing dog waste on grass then smudge on sidewalks Added the pictures of trash still over flowed after pick up. Be ready to see this or having to leave ur trash on the ground cause the trash is not handled enough here. Every week with the trash!!! People driving fast almost hitting the dumpster. And management does nothing Happy I'm almost out of here.

The staff has been so welcoming since day one. The property manager herself made it a point to check in on my moving day to ensure everything went smoothly for me. Did I mention I moved in on a Saturday? I've been here for about 2 years now and have seen the positive changes the company is making for the community and for the renters. Updated ammenities, friendly staff, upgraded units, you name it! It's always hard to weed through reviews anywhere because people always like to complain without explanation, but honestly, I have never had any issues with staff, or the community. I pay my rent on time, follow the rules, and try to be a good tenant and neighbor and it seems to work out.

I was very impressed when I toured ARIUM at Highlands Ranch. Tori and Paige showed me around the property and were so friendly and professional. The apartments were beautifully renovated and neighbors seemed very friendly. Also, the complex was very clean shout out to the maintenance team. I can’t wait to join this community and live here for the years to come!
