The best! After suffering from anxiety for most of my life I decided to try therapy. This has been the best decision I have made in regards to my mental health. The website is very easy to navigate, and the process was very straight forward. What differentiates this place from others is my counselor, Courtney, WOW! She is the definition of professionalism. The warmth, understanding, and listening skills are unmatched. She arms you with the right tools to combat your struggles. When I leave my sessions with Courtney its honestly the best part of my week. My mind is clear, the stress has evaporated and I have always learned something new. So if you have any reservations about therapy try this place and ask for Courtney, because she is the real deal!

One of the best decisions I ever made was scheduling an appointment with Light on Anxiety. For background, I've lived with anxiety/depression/OCD for most of my adult life. I was mostly managing on my own with the help of journaling, self-help books, and support from online communities, but eventually I found myself in a rut that I wasn't really sure how to get out of. I had previously seen a therapist for a couple of years and found the experience to be valuable but wasn't sure there would be anything to be gained from seeing a therapist again. Maybe I had learned all there was to be learned? That turned out to be wrong. From day 1, I feel like I've gained an understanding, knowledgeable ally to help me with any mental health challenges that arise. This has been important because as it turns out, part of loosening anxiety's grip on your life is bringing on more challenges. I've done things I never thought I would ever do again with the help of exposure therapy. Flying on an airplane, driving, public speaking, dating---just to name a few. One of the things that initially stood out to me was that the therapists have a firm understanding of OCD. Also, anyone I've ever met at Light on Anxiety seems to have a benevolent spirit. One example, during the early days of the pandemic, they offered free stretching/meditation sessions, which was really nice when I was stressed, locked in my apartment, and making weird soups for fun! To conclude, I can highly recommend Light on Anxiety, especially if you are someone who finds that anxiety is sneaking its' way back into your life, and you've found yourself in a rut, while trying to conquer anxiety on your own.

They have been a huge help to my adolescent son; responsive, flexible, perceptive and ready with applicable approaches to behavioral challenges. We are so grateful to have found Light on Anxiety.
