Good service. but the city is robbing us the citizen of Chicago with this ridiculous amount of money for the city sticker which is bullsh×t for a piece of paper also no extension for emergency reason at all that f×cking dirty politics screwing the people

Never fails. There is always a disgruntled city worker who thinks they can have a poor attitude to the customers. The lady who sat on the far right window should take a course in customer service or be fired! Rude worker. I’m disabled and she actually had the nerve to dismiss it. I will be sending in a formal complaint.

Usually don't write reviews for government offices. Worked with Michelle A to transfer stickers on two vehicles. Was super courteous and professional. Michelle, Thank you for a wonderful service!

Dont know the name of the lady (far right desk) She helped me out with an amazing attitude and smile! Great service, she explained everything to me, did all the paperwork for me and made my day. I felt i am not at city clerk’s office, it should be like this! Keep up with an amazing customer service!

You can buy a city sticker at a Currency Exchange, but they do charge a convenience fee.
Per the Office of the City Clerk, "you must bring your Chicago Vehicle Sticker Courtesy Reminder or your State Vehicle Registration ID, which includes your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and license plate information, a photo ID, proof of current address."
How much does a senior pay for 12 month and 4 month stickers
Yep. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex.
If you go to the currency exchange yes you do but you but not at the clerk's office, make sure your ID is currently updated before you go in there
Yes it is, expect a long wait. Employees are working very efficiently and super nice so that's a plus
You need to go to the Office of the Secretary of State. The closest office to the City Clerk's office on Gale Street is 5401 N. Elston.

They are closed, wish that was stated on the website or phone, i drove half an hour to get here and will have to try again tomorrow i guess .
Buy in person no fees due to you know what...buy online i have no clue but I suspect it is the same as it has been the rule/law that they are not enforcing overdue fines..hope it helps
No late fee but maybe after July 15th they might charge you.
Looks like the location is closed and not serving. Any idea when will they be open.
The reminder format they sent you or go and get your VIN number make and model of the car they're still not physically open
Does that mean I can park on the street without receiving a ticket
