The people who work here are rude and unprofessional ! Especially the general assistance personnel ! Not only does it take them hours to contact back or even days but they treat you without respect ! What kind of unprofessional people does a township hire ! Please educate employees to speak with eloquence and professionalism! If they can’t handle simple customer service duties then they don’t belong in that profession !

Phone calls unanswered after 45 minutes on hold in queue. Not acceptable. Staff though, truly exceptional making the appeal process bearable at leasr.
