Have been doing business w/ Josh for over a decade. He is as honest as they come. While I was selling some scrap Gold to him a customer was trying to discredit his reputation & I felt compelled to explain what happened: the man wanted to buy Silver eagles , but was complaining that they were to expensive but was going to buy some despite his comment. Then he asked Josh why they were 33 dollars when spot was 19. Josh told him it was b/c it was the supply & demand issue which was causing silver to have high premiums. This was not an acceptable answer for the man So Josh called his supplier direct & put it on speaker & asked them what it would cost him to replace them through his wholesaler. The man then told us on speaker that they were 33.78 each & Josh explained to the man that he would still sell the coins at the agreed 33 dollars per coin & out of no were the man left screaming & speaking vulgar for no reason. Josh immediately apologized I don’t no why but then man was not being reasonable & Josh & his mom don’t deserve to be treated this way. U can’t go wrong with this place. Five stars Josh & his mother have hearts of gold. Some people u just can’t make happy. Hope this helps. Zack
