When you come off of I-81 turn right, left on MSC drive. Recieving is on the right by door 110. Cool guy who unloads you. Overnight parking, nobody bothers you. Unloaded within 30 minutes.

I called to check stock at Jonestown, PA branch and was told items would be ready for pickup in 1 hour. Checked website for hours and it said open till 5:00 PM. I drove 15 miles to store and arrived around 4:45 PM but store was already closed! Computer printed sign on door said closed at 4:30 PM. I've seen this before from pizza shops and local grocery stores but never from a company the size of MSC. Update your website!

I live about 40 min away and wanted to purchase a 2 ton swivel hook (hard to find locally without purchasing online). I called the MSC call center and was assured: 1-they had the part (79391348) at Jonestown facility 2-store was open until 5PM 3-I could do purchase at the counter 4-being a new customer, I could create my account at time of purchase. When I arrived at the facility at 4:45, there was a hand-written sign in the door advising to knock loudly and wait outside. Another sign also said the store closed at 4:30 (all due to Covid, of course). I tried calling but could only get an out of state call center so I went to the security office. Security guy was friendly and radioed a manager and explained the situation. Manager said the call center gave me bad info and there was nothing he could do about picking my part as nobody from sales was there (even though I could have done the purchase online w/ my phone and CC). The 10 acre parking lot had literally 100+ vehicles parked in it but nobody was willing to fix the company’s own screwup. I left empty-handed and amazed at the poor customer service of MSC.
