If I had zero I would put zero! Horrible lousy service my appointment was at 4:00 and they attended me until 5:15 I finished at 6 they don't even fuck with it anymore !! 2 hours there they didn't even explain to me what procedures they were doing to my daughters until I asked! Organize your team to work because if they are very fucking slow! I'm not going back

I am actually very displeased. I had a appointment for 2:30pm today. I arrived and and checked in at 1:50pm. I waited for more than 1 hour before someone called me to the back. Then when I was called I was still waiting for another 20 min. At this point I had to get up and ask if someone was going to come see me. Today was very time consuming. If you guys are understaff, I understand. However, the scheduling should accommodate the amount of employees that are working.
