Tuesdays and Thursdays but the best time to get there is about 6:30 a.m. because the cars start lining up and you have to wait in your car until it's time to go in to the pantry but it is worth it
Two times a month. On Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 2.
They will do it the first time but if don't live in romeoville you must find one were you live.
Current water or gas bill and a id
If you live anywhere in DuPage Township, you can go. They do require a current utility bill and a photo ID. But, get there before they open. The line can get quite long.
Usually all you have to do is to show up with a current utility bill and a valid photo ID.
