Don’t sign up at this place unless you want to pay even after you cancel. I went to cancel with a friend 5 months back and they are still charging me. I had called them several times to let them know that I no longer live in the state so they told me to provide proof of change of residency and I did. They are still charging me. Keep in mind I also haven’t been to the facility in over 3 years. I’ve tried calling, emailing, messaging them and can’t get anyone to help me. So good luck to anyone who needs assistance from this place. Also, my friend who had cancelled was still charged after canceling and had to return to the facility for a second time to cancel.

This has been the worst experience of my life! After months and months of calling to cancel my membership, I keep getting a run around and no one calls me back. They keep charging me for the money though, of course. I am SO displeased at how this company operates. BEWARE!!!!

Customers should be able to cancel membership if needed. I moved to Chicago and was not able to cancel. I have to wait and pay for 4 months before I can cancel. Ridiculous.
