Limited hours for those who are working your usual 9-5p. They do indeed close/lock the doors an hour before they close. There are some washers and dryers that are out of service with signs on them. If you’re able to get a washer and dryer, they do it’s job and the price isn’t too bad. Coin machines, no change machine- but the staff is super nice and helpful when you ask for change. Limited seating if you plan to wait for your laundry. They do have a restroom, however, i have never used it to comment on it

If this place were open either earlier or later I would give it 5 stars but 9-5 are prime working hours for people who need to wash laundry after WORKING. Why not stay open til 8pm or open at 6am? This is extremely irritating 😒

They did a great job! They removed the old machines and even cleaned behind them before installing the new ones. They took the time to make sure we knew how to use the new-to-us mobile payment feature.
