My In office experience was great the gentlemen that helped me was friendly and took care of what I needed efficiently, however customer service over the phone is a joke, the lady that handles tax exemptions is so rude and has a terrible attitude I have had to speak to her 3 times and every time has been awful. I ask a question they don’t handle that, I ask if my paperwork from 2 weeks ago has been processed, “no I have until October 1st”. Every word she said to me was in absolute distaste, how dare I not know the information I’m asking about… she could not wait to no longer be on the phone.

I have been to the main office and that's always a pleasant experience. Mr. Armstrong's staff members are willing to listen to questions and find answers. Very helpful group. This instance, I call with a question, was given a responsive answer and then Ms. Jody said she would send me the documents in the mail today. Great! Keep up the good work.
