Tried to get my sons perscription refilled. For 3 weeks they told me they ordered more. Then they said they called his doctor to transfer to another Walgreens but instead they just closed the order and told me nothing until i called for an update. Last time i refilled it took 3 weeks. Im now working with another Walgreens to get my child his medication.

Pharmacy is terrible. Everywhere is understaffed right now but they seriously lack communication with customers. I waited an hour just to be told I need to show my insurance card for my prescription to be filled and then has to wait another 45 minutes.

Yes provided you are a member of Walgreens Pharmacy in your state, you have your prescriptions on record, she can pay cash, debit card, or credit card, always check with pharmacy first, also she can pay in her state if there is a Walgreens there.
