It has a decent variety of merchandise. I really wish DGS (the owners of the Price Chopper brand for the Des Moines market) would implement self checkouts at this location. It's almost out of place to not see self checkouts at a supermarket these days. Produce selection is nice. Though this store is plentiful in selection, and many services are offered (Money Services, Bank Branch, Deli, Pharmacy), it can feel like you're in a budget oriented grocery store. I never cared for Price Chopper's look, but I am happy they renovated the Beaver location, which desperately needed it.

As long time Shopper at Dahl's on Ingersoll I find myself pleasantly surprised that the Price Chopper store needs all, and in some ways more, of doll standards. And I am happy to report all the people working there have been pleasant and helpful beyond Compare! The store even kept the mercy Wellness Clinic on site. (I still don't like the word Chopper in the name though).
