It took them a week to fill my pain med I had to call them 3 times to get them to do it. I have an other med that was just called in and surprised they are not open again. I have never had a problem before I transfer my meds so I would not have to drive across town. Will be checking out other stores now to get my meds.

Horrific customer service. Last three times I go to the pharmacy there isn’t a pharmacist on duty. So I call trying to save myself the trip. Who ever answered the phone sounded like they were twelve years old and couldn’t even answer me if there was a pharmacist on duty.they put me on hold multiple times before I hung up.

Walgreens' current policy, according to their voice recording (thanks for not answering the phone by the way), is that they cannot verify COVID test inventory over the phone. Incredibly stupid. The website tells you that they're in-stock and you drive there to find out they are not in-stock. How inefficient and ineffective. Thanks, Walgreens I needed an extra challenge on Sunday morning with sick children. I will never go to any Walgreens again. Currently, Walmart in Ankeny has them and CVS in Highland Park have them (verified both online and over the phone). Picked two tests up at CVS.

Pharmacy staff friendly and knowledgeable. Clean well stocked store. Check out personnel up front are friendly and efficient. High quality service year after year after year. Glad there part of my neighborhood.
