I love love the manager Abby She is so down to earth and has so much compassion for people. She understands everyday life...and she goes the extra mile for her tenants. I stayed here for a full year and now I'm in my 2nd lease term. When I first moved in there was a bug problem they worked so fast and hard to get rid of them I haven't seen them since. I love how she stays on top of the maintenance to make sure things stay working for us as well. I wish more managers were like her.

One of the loving and helpful caring manager (Kelly) of all. Moved in almost a year now and I have never felt much caring like this before. She (Kelly), helped me trough a lot even if I have problems paying my bills, she helps me trough and solved the problem. It is a very clean place and good people.

This complex is doing nothing to keep residents safe during this pandemic. The Hallways are always FILTHY, there are mice, and the staff doesn’t stay up on workorders and are very unprofessional. They also do inspections traveling through every apartment without mask putting everyone at danger.

I wish I could give a higher rating. My husband and I have been living here going on 4 years in August. The last two years the staff have been amazing. They know who we are and have aways been very helpful. We pay $800.00 a month which isn't bad considering we have a washer and dryer in our apartment. When we first moved in there were roaches. They have pest control out every other month. In the past year we haven't seen any bugs. We have never had an issue with fleas either. Unfortunately we have problems with are neighbors though. Last year everything in our garage was stolen. Cars have been broken into. We have kids run up and down the hallways and hang out in the stairwells. The managers send out flyers which shows me they do care unfortunately it seems the residents don't. All and all the price is right here and your located near penty of fast-food restaurants and grocery stores. I suppose the downfall of living in apartment will aways be the neighbors.
