Amazing best dog park I've been to so far. To bad want not to close to home and if you do not live in Dupage County it's really expensive for dog permit. The park itself is 5 stars but the cost is ridiculous, but i guess that's Naperville for you.

Nice trail. Not challenging. Pretty much all flat. Wide enough. No shade so good for fall and spring!

My phone's GPS measured it as just under .5 miles
Maybe 1 in 10 times I will see a tiny garden snake on the edge of the path by the grass but not often
If you look at a map of Naperville from 35 years ago, it shows that was planned to be made into a lake that was big enough for fishing and even small boat sailing. The park district decided not to spend the money. :-( I often see people fishing in the lake near the Naperville police and fire station.
