Brought my daughter here. Scheduled her testing. They scheduled her to meet with Dr Philips during a time she didn't see "school advocacy". The intake clinician suggested it but never explained what it was for. I call to reschedule and they gave me 2 times and then said they couldn't schedule beyond the month. Incredibly rude person on the phone. I cancelled all appointments as this is a terrible environment for someone struggling. I asked to cancel all of my appointments and that I wouldn't pay a fee in which he proceeded to tell me he had no control over that and I asked to speak with someone who did and he hung up on me. RUN this place is awful!!!!! Even worse they have a company that does the billing and they will apply payments against bills you never see. There has been an ongoing open issue that their billing company has not called me back on and today they just charged my credit card. When I called Neuro Health their response to me was they didn't know there was an issue-lets see it is their responsibility to know what is going on before they send through a charge. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Philipps and her team have been very good to work with. We have been looking for an office that we feel comfortable at and can work with us and it have been a great experience. The team is highly educated and professional and we feel we have received outstanding care.

This place is ridiculously useless and a time waster. They claim over the phone that they can evaluate one year old for autism. I took my son there for initial evaluation hoping for super early diagnosis so I could act upon early. We were seen by some unprofessional therapist that seemed to be only data collector. She didn’t even look at the child, meaning that she could have done her questionnaire over the phone . At the end they told me that we would need 12 visits for their evaluation and that insurance would maybe cover only 3 visits, and that they charge 250$ per hour. I am highly knowledgeable about autism as my older son is autistic and never heard of 12h testing?????🧐 They also stated that overall process takes around 6 months to get the diagnosis!!!!!!!Meaning the child would be 16 months old and not one year old at the time of diagnosis!!!!!!!😭 That means they are lying on the website that they can evaluate and diagnose one year old kid for autism!!!!!😡

Horrible experience. Money grubbers. Will charge you co-pays when you have no appointment, and aren’t at the clinic.

Yes, NeuroHealth is proud to offer pediatric neuropsychological exams. Children are often referred to these exams for a variety of issues such as difficulty in learning, developmental delays, traumatic brain injuries, difficulty socializing, difficulty expressing emotions, and more. During a typical evaluation of a school-aged child, we may assess a variety of factors including general intellect; reading and math skills; executive functioning skills such as organization, planning, inhibition and flexibility; attention; learning and memory; motor coordination; socialization skills; and more. From there, our trained experts will help you to understand the results of the evaluation and can even create a treatment plan to move forward with.
