Conveniently located on State street in Chicago downtown, it has ample spaces for men and women. Well maintained, good kutubah. Well done Chicagoan Muslims for your efforts … may Allah bless all.

Matt, you are always welcome to visit the mosque. Its a place of worship, place of knowledge and a place where we can attain peace ! Each day 5 congregational prayers happen and the best time to visit the mosque if you are trying to learn religion is visiting on Friday's. During fridays we have mass at the mosque and you can learn more by talking to the mentors ! Note: Friday prayers( 12.30 till 2 PM) in general but the DT mosque might also arrange inter religious open houses. Please visit the Mosque website or call for further information. Hope this helps
First Salah khutba at 12:15 pm, second Salah khutba at 1:10 pm
Yes. There are elevators.
12:00 and 1:00 during winter
Yes they do. There is a separate floor for women for Friday prayers and a separate section for other times as well.
12:30, 1:30 and 2:30
Not sure either. But the prayer schedule does have a fajr congregation time which inclines me to think that there is!
Downtown is pretty expensive. I won't suggest you. But you can rent apartment other places and other mosques also have Islamic education center.
1:15 pm khutbah
Assalamualaikum Sister, yes women are allowed to pray in the masjid but the condition is their section is seperated from that of men. Men and women are not allowed to pray shoulder to shoulder. Islam doesnt forces anybody to do anything, its a faith which was made simple and easy to understand, practice and contemplate. Hope this helps !
I think you should check the website because the phone number doesnt work
No sighting of the moon yet
They have 2 jamaats, 1st is at 1 pm and 2nd at 2 pm. Check out their website.
