SCAMMERS and Thieves! . I authorized $33.** for the 2 courses at payment. They took $66.**. They won't refund after 2 weeks of promising and lie about doing so. Even when my bank disputed it They denied it. I have receipts for everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU ALREADY DID. plus they lie about the hard wallet cards, you won't get them!

Completed the course and was told I'd only be charged $14.95. I didn't ask for any lifetime renewal or paper copies to be mailed but they still sent me a paper copy, enrolled me in the renewal program and charged me $44.95 after the fact. I called the next day and left messages but after a week I still didn't have an answer. I used their online chat to get in touch with them and was told that they were only able to refund a portion of the charge since they mailed a copy of the certification. Not at my request. Would not recommend using this company.

This is a horrible company to use. I was deceptively charged for add-ons to receive a completion card, again to receive a CEU certificate, and the customer service is non-existent. I tried multiple times to reach support via phone only to be left on indefinite hold loops, and the online support chat is not staffed to provide a reply either. They also do not appear to be a NCBTMB certified provider for massage therapists, which I had understood them to be. Their sales side is aggressive, their support side is non-existent. I would NEVER recommend them with other providers to choose from.
