I can not find anyone to help me cancel my service. I have called twice and stayed on hold for a total of 4 hours until I just gave up. I tried texting and was given a phone number to call, then I tried to connect to another department and she transferred me to another number and I stayed on hold until I gave up, another hour. Unfortunately, I'm on auto pay, so I guess I'll stay on hold tomorrow. This is ridiculous, especially for N alarm company.
