The MOST horrible experience ever. The lack of help and knowledge at this location is ridiculous. My 19 years old son could not get any help regarding the " Job Opportunities" they supposedly have for 18-24 year olds to help with a career path. I even asked for help on free job certifications and how to obtain it and they response that I received was like they didn't even care. I'll try the downtown Dallas location instead because the Irving location is trash. How about hiring people that actually have a passion to help others find a new career!
