I came in Ross with my friend to get new work uniform at a motel. I was looking in other areas and found some beautiful 3 paintings I wanted to buy. I asked them move it to the front and please hold it to tomorrow after i purchased. The manager said they couldn't hold it and I asked to put a note on it to keep them in the back. I told her 100% and I'm telling you what I said. "I moved to Brandon today and my car is packed so can't fit in my car, I have to go to my new apartment and I don't have time to pick them up today. I'm disabled because of my accident. On Dec 9, 2019 I walked across the road from my job. A car at 70-80 mph ran me over in a 45 mph speed limit. Totaled her car, I died in the helicopter and died two more times in the hospital. I was there at St Joseph's main hospital for 191 days. From the bottom to the top 1. Some of both left and right metatarsals fractured or moved 2. Left fibula broken and replaced metal and screws 3. Left tibia broke and put a titanium rod from a knee connected to an ankle 4. Fractured bones in left femur 5. Right tibia, fibula, and femur were small fractures 6. pelvis broke in half and put a titanium small rod to connect them back together 7. 6 ribs broken 8. Heart stopped twice 9. Lungs deflated and re-inflated 10.  Right collarbone broken 11. left thumb bone was 4 inches below a hand and small rod with 6 screws 12. left humerus broke and put a rod next to it 13.  Small fractured bones on left ulna, radius, and humerus 14. Right shoulder dislocated 15. Multiple fractured mandible and face bones 16. 3-5 fractured vertebraes on the top of the spine 17. Bad concussion that my brain moved about an inch 18. Skull was cracked open for surgery and removed 1/6 of my brain 19. Then I had a surgical hernia after the hospital 20. Dislocated my shoulder after 3 times." I have photos, recorded and proof of everything. The store manager doesn't want money to purchase items for a disabled person that this accident happened 2 years and 8 months ago. That hurt me mentally and physically to come into this store. I'm trying to put my life back together. I'm going to be contacting the store manager and district manager because this is not right or fair.

First time shopping at Ross. At first I was excited because price and quality was great. I purchased dress socks for a wedding the next day at Ross in citrus park tampa. This morning, I discovered that the magnet connected clothing that they are supposed to remove was still on. I attempted to Remove The magnet at this location but they wouldn’t do so without the receipt even though I wasn’t returning. Basically I wasted money because store failed to remove what they were supposed to (also the alarm didn’t go off when I left). Bad first impression with Ross.

I pretty much found what I wanted here. It's great that they stay open so late (apologies to the employees). I wish there were a few more options for "masculine" blankets. The employees were friendly (at least the one that interacted with was). It's a good drive from where I live but usually worth it since it's not usually as crowded as some others.

ONE STAR -Better selection than other locations. -Customer service is less than desirable. -Similar to most Ross stores, there is a line to check out. After waiting in their check out line, I was up next. (Still a long line behind me). Just as the next cashier finished a girl walked up along the side register. The girl was taken next because she had a return. I was told this was company policy to always take returns immediately. So if you need to return something this is your store! Hats off to you Ross, you get 5 STARS for your return policy!!!! I sure hope return items pay the bill and keep you in business. I’ll stick to Amazon!
