Very old park showing its age... MGMT is a joke...They have been telling residents that they are required to give a key to access their home in case of emergency or to snoop as they are looking to verify how many pets a senior resident may have. It's crazy how many uneducated seniors believe they have to do this when they don't!! I felt Soo bad that this poor old lady was told this and thought it was law!! I'm sure some have wised up and told MGMT to go fly a kite or better... There are much better choices in the area than these older parks along very busy and LOUD hwy 60!! What they call convenience is really meaning you live beside a busy roadway with semis speeding past day AND night!!

This is a 55+ Retirement Village. They sell mobile homes and the lot rent is 500 a month.

Is this still a 55+ community?

It's been a while since I was checking it out. You can look it up and call them. I do remember that they buy the mobile homes of people who decide to live somewhere else for whatever reason. They completely redo the inside of these and sell them.
