The new owners are the worst ppl ever l. They do everything to make it hard for seniors to live here. They are money hungry, don’t do any work, and try to keep people from visiting their loved ones. Run from this place unless you want your loved ones mistreated and over charged

The people here treat newcomers awful, they try to Bully, they have a clique. When you try to visit your family there they complain. Jealous because no one comes to see them. Could be a great place , but they are all to busy focusing on nasty. That's jaded photography , they don't want anyone using the facilities, except the small group. MGMT lazy, so they let them enforce and terrorize other park members.

There are rentals available in the park you can contact the office and they will let you know if they have any available and also if there are any other private owners who have trailers available we rented one there 3 years ago just remember to negotiate the price don't accept their first offer

I am a licensed manufactured home broker in the state of Florida. The state law is an 80/20 rule however most manufactured home communities are maxed out on their 20% allowance. You and your father could live in the community with him being a snowbird. You both would have to pass a credit check and a criminal background check. The lat. Rent in this community is 640 and 650.
