I know that there is only a handful stores that participate in tax free shopping in Texas, most of them are high-end boutiques at Northpark. Northpark has a tax free shopping booth which helps with paperwork for a fee from the money they saved you, but you can claim your all your sales tax if any, only prior to you leaving the state or the country (also before you go through registration and customs at the airport showing all the paperwork you received). It will be next to impossible to do anything afterwords.
