They do not answer the phone or respond to emails even though they HAVE ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Received a referral from CoC in December 2020. Here it is AUGUST 2021 and my case has still not been resolved after I submitted all required documentation. Vanessa Sanchez NEVER RESPONDS....I contacted the company and they NEVER RESPONDED.. My advice is to go somewhere else if you really need help.

I came in for a background check. I never received a copy. I call no one answers. I went they don't even open the door wide enough only a crack just to say they can't help me. I don't think this is a place to go.
