Mandy Banks
Very friendly people that work there

I started the hiring process with 2 companies got hired with Western Express with the help of Karla Menendez she was awesome and very helpful. I actually got hired real quickly and started the process with Western Express but chose the other company only because I was from Iowa originally and was familiar with the other company so I chose that company. Karla was understanding and again very helpful through the process. If you want to pursue Western Express contact Karla Menendez she is awesome.

That place is a joke. The staff are there for a paycheck and absolutely are not there for your best interest. Very disrespectful towards everyone. You WILL wait atleast a week or 2 for your own truck after orientation and training without pay too! Hotel is horrible!! Watch out for bed bugs! I packed my stuff and left before signing 6 month contract!

Truck yes trailer no they would try to use any means to keep it
Not sure but can find out for you
To answer my own question: Yes, in the drivers lounge inside the shop. Go in the man door closest to the guard shack, drivers lounge is ckearly posted. Showers are first door on the left. Laundry is the second door. The women's shower is second door on the left just as you enter the shop, next to the nonworking drinking fountain. There is only one.
I have no idea. Im sorry that I can't help u.
It's supposed to be, when I started, 2 weeks out, 3 days home. Experiences may vary.
my hire date was june 4th, my truck was issued to me with no oil in engine, airline to adjustable 5th wheel busted, an wouldn't start. Finally got it rhnning after 2 days then sat on the yard begging for a trailer. My dm mat Thompson communicates very well with me but gives me short runs that have me sitting every weekend for 34reset an failed to get me home with 3 weeks notice. been sitting in a truck stop since Thursday morning an will probably remain here til monday or longer. my experience so far has not been good. i requested a new dm but not certain that will help. my advice is tough it out till something better presents itself. good luck, your not alone in your frustration with this company.
Urine but it's not a company worth working for I'd find somewhere else if I were you.
You pay, but you use their fuel discount at pilot and flying j. The pay is low for company drivers there's only 1 pay (3 cents) increase after a few months and pay will never increase again. That's the case for company drivers. Not sure for lease. From what I witnessed with my time there the lease drivers are paid slightly more, get more say so on the loads and which part of the country they drive.
The driver can take the truck home.
Legally deaf, semi deaf, who wants to work should not be discriminated. If he was standing on a street corner with a homeless sign you'd have something else to say like, "Get a job". I see a lot of drivers on the road with their music so loud the vibration two or three cars away shakes my car. They aren't legally deaf but they are surely physically deaf to any accident they might have prevented had they heard someone elses horn. Stop discriminating. Western Express is a great company. They aren't a desperate company. They hire a driver because he can do the job. After extensive training drivers go with a Professional Trainer the first month. The Professional Trainer gives the okay to Head Quarters if he thinks a Driver is ready, willing, and ABLE to be a single Driver. No Trainer wants to put their job on the line and okay an unfit Driver. Look at yourself in the mirror. Everyone has some kind of disability. What's yours? Do you like being discriminated? Stop hating.
Not enough, it's the worst company out there besides paschall truck lines
Depends on the felony and time frame. They will hire some with a felony conviction but it depends on the type and time frame. You'll need to talk to recruiting about it
Yes I was training and got my good friend a job I trained him and then after I signed off on him we started team driving be careful though Western doesn't have team specific freight other than Amazon and they suck.
Don't understand only speak English apologize
I can give you a number
Only if you check in every 30days and have an approved travel permit all 48states
Hello, what is the question, do you want to work here?
If you've obtained a CDL, they offer further training. Work hard, ignore bitter attitudes, from other drivers, and you'll succeed.
Not all there trucks have problems I used to have a 2016 freightliner and for almost 2yrs and only had one issue with the head gasket and it was fixed in a couple days and now I have a 2020 freightliner for just about 1yr now and haven't had any real problems just with my fridge, microwave, TV, and ps4 I drained my batteries had to get new ones and been fine ever since had the batteries and 2steer tires put on in a couple hours. But the problem is that they hire a lot of people that have no idea about vehicles and just run these trucks into the ground then just drop them off at terminals and since there are so many trucks some of the trucks slip through the cracks
No orientation pay. They do not reimburse you for travel. They will lie and say they will!!
Hallmark in 307 trinity ln
HALLMARK INN
You should submit an application. Tou will need a green card.
400 a week average. Depends on how many days you go on duty on qual com while riding with trainer.
Idk about tht one
Call them
They r good
The trucks are new but you have to add the extras
Your dm or payroll. You must be under a load to get an advance
Whatever they can.
They are a good company, & family owned. The biggest knock may be the pay. Which varies by exp. You'll gross as anywhere from 1000-1200 a week on average depending on your location & experience. They are a "second chance compant" & working there is mostly beneficial to new inexperienced drivers, drivers that have been terminated by other companies, & or the ones that cant get a job anywhere else due to criminal background.
Since you been out here for a while you won't need a trainer. They'll put you on a rig. Solo is sliding scale based on the customer.
Hi, ok but I heard very negative stuff about there terminal in Allentown PA, this is why I asking about the Nashville terminal, ok thanks!!!!
Of course they have newer trucks people crash em so often they have no choice but to lease new trucks, their trailers are slowly being destroyed due to the accidents but in decent shape.
Surestay hotel if you're in Bloomington, CA
I heard they where a lawsuit away by some of the office workers after that trainer crippled that student out by Chicago two years ago.
When you call ask for compliance and then talk to a Kathy Orr or her boss
7:30. AM
If you have an ADP account they sent it there as a file you can go there and download it and it will be there fo the next 3 years ... If not call Nashville TN terminal office for a better help ....
