Depends on the felony and time frame. They will hire some with a felony conviction but it depends on the type and time frame. You'll need to talk to recruiting about it

Western Express hires individuals with felonies and misdemeanors. They even hire people with driving violations and citations that most carriers reject. I know several drivers who are currently employed there, so I know what I am talking about.

Western uses a scoring system, you get points for what it is and how long ago and points for things on your driving record, experience takes points off, if your score meets the requirements you get a job, I was in the safety department and have tested people that had attempted murder on there record but it was 20 years ago, drug dealing, theft, and violence get more points then most. Good rule is more than 5 years on most more than 10 years on more serious, 15 on very serious.

Yes but they do take in consideration what you did and how recent. But they really more concern with your driving record.
