No longer working with these guys. They never answer the phone. Kept rescheduling the delivery. No explanation. No apology. Shadiest company I have met. They simply dont care that an actual persons time is being wasted.

JB Hunt likes to setup carriers to pay their own lumpers and then not reimburse you. They steal from carriers, they call and email but when you want a lumper its paid its impossible to reach them, that way you pay out of pocket to get the truck out of line and then they tell you too bad we're not gonna reimburse you. Theft at it highest scale. The broker Loredana Harbac was no help and refused to assist in any matter. $499.55 lumper that we had to cover.

So far few loads we had detention and lumper we were not paid. Broker doesn't send new rate confirmation with detention. They have the stupidest system in the business. Where you bill them for detention and they deny the detention every time and you get short paid. Then when you call JB Hunt payable department and you are on hold for over 1 hour and keep getting passed around different departments with no results. At the end of the day, you still don't get paid for detention. You have to call them for lumper payment when at receiver. No one answers the phone and when you pay for lumper yourself. They will NOT reimburse you for lumper charges. Its another new policy!
