My father went to that place for a service, the woman who works there who is in charge of the collections never sent the payment to my father's insurance correctly even though I was calling and asking him to send the payment to the insurance company correctly and he treated me very wrong telling me rudely that she was the manager of the place and that she knew what she was doing I called her several times telling her that the insurance did not receive the bill that please send the bill and now my dad received a collection bill from that place alone because the woman does not do her job well and does not send the payment correctly.
