Hello. I am in disbelief with this agency. They are supposed to be helping resolve issues with residents, but the mental anguish is real here. They definitely need a class on helping. This agency is apart of Pastor Bailey? That’s absurd. I am sure he wouldn’t want his name associated with the rudeness and false narratives from Harmony. Kiana King needs a Customer Service Class. She expresses no empathy and is down right rude. She definitely should seek another profession if “helping people” isn’t what she adores. Then the lies she tell are unbelievable. Some of us work like others, but were laid off due to Covid. Then you have La’Tifah who half does her job and make assumptions. Surely she isn’t a Supervisor with the lack of training she displays. Pastor Bailey really needs to pay them a visit or check out these reviews himself. I was approved and have yet to receive a check that doesn’t have a stop payment on it. I’ve been dealing with this since May 3rd. I do NOT recommend this agency to ANYONE!!! Zero Stars if I could put that…

I participated in the a few of the programs. The people were nice, but in my opinion a lot of promises are made and not kept. In one of the programs, you are encouraged to open a savings account with one of their partners. The promises of fees waived and of your savings being matched were never kept in my experience and I took the class Oct of 2021. I reached out but never got the savings matched, and had complain to the bank in person to get fees removed, and it that was after a struggle. As of 06/01/2022, no one has reached to me to correct this, and no one has done anything about the requests I have made to correct this. I feel at this point don't say it if you don't mean it. I'd love to connect with other people who participated in the financial wellness program to see if they have had a similar problem. *Update... I have been able to reach someone about this problem. As of 07/01/2022, the saving account I have closed and the amount of $250 has been matched and sent to me. So if anyone out there has had the same problem, don't give up. Keep reaching out.
