I would give 1 star if I could. I am continually locked out of ADP and ADP has no customer support. When you contact ADP their outgoing messages and bot responses just go in circles. Worst customer service I have ever had.

They cancelled my services without tell me. I found out the day I went to run payroll, leaving me in a huge bind. No one can seem to tell me why I wasn't informed before prior to tunning my payroll. All of our other systems worked perfectly.

Extremely frustrating company! Can't get support on the line, and even when you do they barely listen and don't help at all. Made the PPP application and forgiveness process 10x more frustrating and time intensive than it needed to be.. They've got a national brand behind them, they need to be better than this.
