Horrible customer service experienced today. I was on time (early) for my appointment and waited 30 minutes to be called back. Before I was called back I had inquired how long it would be, as I was one of two people who were left in the waiting room (all others arrived after me, were seeing other doctors - who all managed to be on time). I explained that I have a newborn baby at home and needed to get back to nurse her, and could not be waiting for that much longer to be seen. When I was finally called back, no apology. I again explained I had a newborn baby that needed to be fed and asked how far behind the doctor was - another 15-20 minutes I was told. I was visibly upset and stressed about this - no apology or any empathy for their delay. I told them I'd have to leave. I rushed out of there because why waste another minute there. I called to reschedule at 10:45am, as I was driving home. Left a voicemail. Lucy (I think is her name) did not even return my phone call. It's insanely frustrating that they warn patients about "strictly adhering to appointment times" but offer no apology or solution when they are the ones running way behind.

My husband and I love Dr. Phan and the office staff. We have never, ever been treated rudely. I use the patient portal when I have a question and to look at lab results, but if I happen to need to speak to someone, Dr. Phan's assistant calls me back in a few hours. When our drugstore calls for refill approval, they receive it right away. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this group. We have never dealt with the accounting office, but I have no reason to believe it would be anything but efficient and attentive, based on our experience with everyone else.

I've been a patient of Dr. McKinney for years, the office always manage to get me in or a tele-vist, when I I'm not felling good. I like Dr. McKinney she is compassiate and takes the time to listen to me. I've never experienced any kind of unprofessionalism or rudeness. The assistant that showed me the room is always pleasant when interacting with me.
