I have had nothing but excellent service from Arlington housing. Crystal is an amazing caseworker. The process was a little lengthy but I've never had and issue with return emails. Very quick. Thank you crystal fir all your help. It's helped us tremendously.

I love the Arlington Housing Authority. They have a great group of Housing Specialists, Housing Inspectors and a lot of people who volunteer to learn how to help the homeless, help the disabled as well as those that are elderly and yes if you need help with rent, temporary placement. Those that volunteer usually are young with eclectic senses of humor. The staff really cares about families as well as individuals. If you are able they will help you go back to work and possibly get your own home if that should apply to your situation.We are lucky to have the Arlington Housing Authority ,❤️🇺🇦🌻♾️🙏

Call in to Arlington housing authority and speak to an operator. Usually works for me.
You can go in person to get a receipt at 501 W. Sandford St. #20 Arlington TX 76011 it will be easier and faster if you went in person
Go to Arlington TX housing.gov and choose the program you want to apply for go before 09/04/18 to apply or you will miss the open enrollment

You usually sign up in August and it's only open for one week in August so you have to keep checking the Arlington housing authority to see when you can register.. but it's a long process although they do give priority to the disabled, large families, people who live and people who work in Arlington.. We've been on it for 4 years now and you need to re apply every year.. We finally have a preliminary meeting this August I was getting ready to re apply..

It could take quite a while. It is honestly better if you go into the office! It can take from a day up to almost 6 months. It depends on if they are backed up or not!

After September 16, 2019, you will need to register for AssistanceConnect, an on-line applicant portal allowing you to: 1. check the status of your WaitList application, 2. make changes to your application, and 3. receive important information, notices and invitations by email from the Housing Authority Register for AssistanceConnect using the PIN # located on your WaitList application receipt. You will be required to set up a User Name and Password.

On the internet at the Arlington housing authority appointment when they open the appointment to be able to register... normally it is every August and they only open one week so you have to be selling the Arlington housing authority appointment to see what day it will be but almost It's time to sign up.

Arlington Housing should be open from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. On Friday the Arlington Housing closes promptly at 5pm. Google AHA in Arlington Texas and then go to the website where the page directs to

Yes you will qualify but you have to wait for the Arlington Housing List open up. I surprised no one told you about when the list opens up.
