4hr on hold to which no avail nobody picked up . . called from 1pm all the way until the closed and yet still nothing , this office needs to be shut down immediately . if anybody knows how we can ban together to take care of this sorry establishment yall should post about it , dont waste your time calling because nobody answers . ive applied for stamps almost 2months ago and nobody has even contacted me

Two months after applying for snap, these people still haven't made contact. I've had an escalation, made multiple complaints, and yet nothing has happened with my case and no one has any answers!!

Called in today to check to see if they got everything needed to finish processing my application and set waiting for 3 hours and still no one has answered the phone. I have been trying to get this all finished and fixed so I can feed my 4 kids and myself being 7 months pregnant since June 30th and every time they say I have everything turned in they need after the deadline date passes they send me another paper saying they need more information even though before the deadline they tell me they have everything. I called 211 and they were helpful but told me to call the office and talk to someone who handles cases. But they refuse to answer their phone. Last time I went into the office they only gave attitudes and treated us like we were lower than dirt for needing the help. Wish I could handle this a different way but seems like this is the only way.

From what I have read on this link, part A of QMB must be applied for by the person themselves. HHSC can only help with Part B. I hope this link provides more information for you. Call 211. Also check your email. You should have received a confirmation email when you applied If you did, call 211. If you didn't, reapply.
