I guess some things don't change. It has been a while since I have ordered from this Domino's. I thought that time would have made it better, boy was I wrong. I ordered using the 2 or more items at $5.99 each 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings. Happily when I arrived the order was ready. I will say the young lady who helped me was courteous. Once we got ready to eat the food, we found that the pizza was over done the thin crust pizza my son had was way too crispy and my pizza the spinach was a bit chard. We could get passed that but, the worst of it all was the wings we ordered were NOT fully cooked. You gave us semi-raw chicken with sauce drizzled on it...not even tossed in the sauce just squeezed on it like mayo on a sandwich. So, potential food poisoning as well as definite misreprentation of the product as it definitely didn't look like the picture. I did call and a polite young lady claiming to be the manager apologized once I expressed my dissatisfaction and gave me a credit for my next visit, but there won't be a next time the thought that this kind of careless in cooking and serving to customers is enough for me. Thanks but no thanks Domino's Lanham-Severn Rd location.

They stopped the 2 minutes timer before they came out with my order. I get that no business wants to give away products however it's advertised and should be honored. I would like someone from management to reply to me as to why it's okay to lie to your customers. Btw The girl came out and tried to give me someone else's order. I touched someone's else pizza, what if I am sick? I pray they remade that person order or else I don't claim responsibility for that. Also, funny how everyone's order is ready before the 2 minute timer 🤣 y'all must have unlimited ovens Thank you

The service was professional and fast. I did not appreciate that the kids who took my order and typed on the keyboard went back and made my pizza without gloves and without washing his hands. Proceeded to adjust his earbuds then went back to adding cheese to my pizza. The guy next to him same thing, wiped his hands on the apron when he was done with making 2 pies and continued their conversation until the next pie. Zero hand washing or glove wearing but they had masks on, so I guess I am lucky? The pizzas was for my 6 nephews ages between 3 years and 14 years. I didn't taste it but I hope they don't get sick of Shigella.
