Great place for a small or medium sized event. Susan made reserving the building easy and even took the time to open it up and let us see inside, talk us through measurements, give us suggestions... all the things. The lights made the ambience of our event very nice and I loved that we had the option to make it really bright with the chandeliers and the ceiling light or more of a calm setting with just the chandeliers. It all was great and very convenient. Thank you so much! I took pictures of our event and the venue itself so that someone planning could see them and get an idea of what they're working with. We didn't have many pictures to visualize with on Google or their website so I wanted that experience different for others. Tips when planning: * There is a BIG brown table in the room that cannot really be removed so you'll have to work with it or just push it to the side. * The entrance doors are to the sides rather than in the middle of the room so take that into consideration when doing something like a wedding aisle as it wouldn't be straight from the entry door, you have to slant it. * We had our bride get ready in a conference room next door at The Keller Main Street Depot. That way it was close enough to where she could chill until aisle time and just walk over. * COMPLETE clean up is expected after use of venue, that includes sweeping and trash being taken out * There is no stage option as they had it removed some years ago. * There are 12 rectangle and 12 circle squares. Chairs are brown with brown padding. $10/table cloth to rent if you needed to. * There IS a small microwave and a refrigerator there for food/drinks as well as a ice/drink holder thing that you can put a bunch of drinks in and it has wheels (I can't think of the name of it at all lol)

Definitely a hidden gem in Keller, The Roundhouse is a great venue with plenty of room and a rustic vibe that was perfect for my wedding. We had so much fun, and I’m so grateful to Susan O’Conner who helped me with the booking/rental process and made it so easy! Here are a few pictures from our Wedding, September 24th.

I just had my very first biggest party for my son's fire academy graduation at Keller Roundhouse and Susan was an amazing person! Her professionalism was exceptional. The venue is spacious and comforting feels. I already told my other son that this is where he will have his party when he graduated from college!! Thank you again, Susan!!

We had a baby shower here for 50 people. It was spacious and provided all tables and chairs. The kitchen area was great for food preparation and storage before and during the party. Susan was very easy to work with. I would definitely have future events at The Keller Roundhouse!

Depends on the time of the year and the length of time you have the venue. It ranges from $500 to $1,000 with a $300 deposit. The deposit is returned after your event if everything is in order. The price was very reasonable to me.
