I want to love this place so bad because their staff is incredibly kind, however, if you show up to see a doctor because you’re not feeling well and you’re showing any symptoms of COVID at all (which is a very broad range), you’re told to pull around to the back in your vehicle to receive a COVID test. That’s fine, however even if you test negative, they do not invite you inside to finish your visit and be examined by a doctor. Sure, a doctor comes out and reads you your COVID (and possibly strep if you got that test done) results while you’re still in your car, but they don’t do a proper exam to figure out what may be causing the reason you visited there in the first place. Even so, you’re still charged for a sick visit. Just a little frustrating. Would be 5 stars, but this negates the point of visiting an urgent care for me and makes me question if they’re missing anything.

This is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. Everyone is always very professional and polite. Wait times are significantly less than anywhere else I have been to. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option!
