Overall every Sprouts that I've visited in the metroplex in the last year has really gone down in quality in every major area--store appearance, quality of produce, availability of normal items and general friendliness and willingness to help from the staff. These issues are especially apparent at the Keller location. Hoping they pay attention to reviews but I seriously doubt it since their responses are inconsistent and they don't really address how they are fixing the matter just quoting company values with an apology thrown in.

Not all stores carry the same products. You should call any that are within driving distance and ask specifically. The vitamin/meds dept. people are SO knowledgeable about their products. If they don't carry it, they really might order it for you, or recommend something similar.
