I would not put my worst enemy here. Dad choked to death here and they are scamming funds saying they didn't know he died even though he was DOA upon ambulance arrival. Steer clear of this facikity.....

My grandpa died yesterday from choking to death on food in this facility, building G. We are beyond words right now, heartbroken and angry as hell, we should be visiting him today and not planning his funeral. This should not have happened.

My mother has been at Mustang Creek for almost a year. It is a hands on caring facility. The care takers office and kitchen is located next to the living area so the care takers always have a direct view of the seniors. They cook home made meals and there is always a tray of cookies and snacks available. My mother got an infection, I received a call immediately from the staff and had her in the hospital quickly which saved her life. The staff at Mustang Creek was in constant communication with the hospital which made my mother's return to Mustang flawless. The communication is excellent, they answer their phones and get back to you.

Mustang Creek is such an amazing place to place your love one's! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Staff is very caring and attentive and residents appear to be very happy. There's several activities always going on around campus that keeps the residents engaged, social and improves their overall quality of life. I encourage anyone to place your love one's here to get the care they are so deserving of!

We are a private pay community.
We have Assisted Living, Assisted Living Plus and Memory Care bedrooms available in our neighborhood. Please visit our website for a list of services and all-inclusive monthly rates for each type of home.
We are a private pay community but many of our residents do receive VA benefits or Long Term Care Insurance benefits.
We do not accept Medicaid or the Star Plus Waiver. We are a private pay community but many of our residents do receive VA benefits and Long Term Care Insurance benefits.
We are pet friendly! We have a $500 pet fee and would love to have your dog or cat join our neighborhood.
Our rooms are not furnished. We would be happy to help find items for your rooms but we have found that most of our seniors prefer to bring their own furnishings and personal items with them. It feels more like home when they bring their own items from home.
We are so proud to provide all-inclusive monthly pricing. We do not charge for levels of care and also include laundry & linen service, daily housekeeping, emergency call system, and all utilities in your monthly cost. We do not charge for phone service, cable or wifi service. Everything is included in your monthly fee.
All of our Assisted Living options are private, but we do offer shared rooms in our Memory Care homes.
We have a full time Activity Director at each of our neighborhoods who organizes an amazing monthly activity calendar to include church services, games, crafts, outings and so much more. Please reach out to any of our neighborhoods to get a copy of our current monthly calendar of events.
