Wow their customer reviews on the website is shady. They do not post reviews under 4 stars. I wondered why my experience didn’t match with other customers’. After opening one item of the hygge set… unfortunately, I decided to return this set because it looks and feels cheap. It’s very light. Customer support isn’t too bad , but I wish they were more transparent about the fees and their refund policy. It turns out they do not offer a full refund— they take 15% as “handling fee” which is not including the return shipping fees. If you’re not fully sure whether you want to purchase and make a decision after you see it in person, just be aware of those fees for a return.

I finally took in my whole drawer of knives that cut like bricks. He did an awesome job sharpening, rust spots gone and I am thrilled! It's shamefully been years since I have had them sharpened professionally and I have used the dishwasher which is not a great idea. He did over 20 knives for like $38; prices are per inch of blade. Super fair prices, awesome service, nice shop owner. Please support him. Just a few doors down from Dillards at Willow Bend Mall on the main level. They sell knives too.

Always a great experience at this store. Prices are unbeatable (for sharpening service) and customer service was always superb. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, get sharp and stay sharp.

He does grooming tools!!! Does an amazing job for a really good price too. And he's fast.
