what is the point of getting an expedited passport if they can't see me for over 2 weeks. I can do it online faster. This place is 100 percent pointless, just use the government website.

Yes - very well - I might add -
Thank you for your question but we are an emergency service only. There are additional fees and children 15 and under must have proof of departure within 2 weeks for a non-visa destination or 4 weeks for a visa destination. If you have an emergency, please call us asap at 1-800-238-6662. If you are not travelling you must go to your post office to apply.
The State Department requires both parents and the child to appear in front of an Acceptance Agent to apply at the post office.
