I have called yesterday to schedule a new appt and left a voicemail. When my call was not returned today, I have called back. When I explained to the front desk that I have called yesterday to schedule an appt and my call was not returned. The front desk did not even apologize and just ignore my comment. I am not taking any credit from the nutritionist as I heard a lot about her and that’s why I wanted to schedule an appt. but I just don’t like how this was handled especially for my first appt and my call was not returned.

I tried to contact them through their website and asked for someone to call me with information on their services and to talk about what we were looking for. I have not had any response back from. I called their office a few days later and the answering system keep sending me to a prerecorded message and not through to any person and it did not give the opportunity to leave a message. Not sure if they are still in business.

I reached out to Lemond over 4 weeks ago asking to schedule an appointment (via their online form). This was after hours of researching different nutritionists near me, and finally choosing to go with Lemond. I was a super "warm lead," and never heard back from anyone! I thought maybe they were busy...so I waited a few weeks, but still never heard back. The fact that their staff never responded to me really gave me bad impressions about the company and customer service. I don't know who I'm going to see, but it won't be Lemond. They've lost me as a fully-ready-to-pay customer. I'm going to go see the next nutritionist from my list instead.
