WORST USPostOffice in Dallas!! Carriers always rude and late !! Delivering mail on Saturday night at 8pm come on now that's absurd !!! They also lock up the lobby whenever they want so it's a major inconvenience to customers saying it's emergency business but in reality they on break outside in the back. Disgraceful and no respect for customers!!

Worst post office ever. They have lost 2 of my packages and still can't find them. I hate coming to this post office.

TERRIBLE... THERE VERY RUDE AND LIE AND PLAY GAMES... To Much to Type, They keep telling me that they are going to redeliver my certified letter which is Very Important... They have just been playing Games... I'm in a wheelchair and can't get over there... I've been at home waiting.. . I DID NOT Want to Bring anybody else into this, I have to Now... My Brother Just Retired from the USPS AFTER 40 YEARS HE GOT SHOT 5 SEPARATE TIME'S HE WAS A HIGH RANK Investigator in a large market in California... He now works as a Consultant for USPS ALL OVER THE NATION.. HE WILL BE IN DALLAS NEXT WEEK... U NEVER KNOW WHO YOU YOU ARE SPEAKING WITH

The 2800 Arizona Post Office mailman need to run a timely schedule, I am awaiting important mail, it's too hot to wait long outside
Exactly. Poor customer service. There's only this ONE particular man that works behind the counter and he has the BEST C/S ever. But the rest are moody, slow, rude and rushful at times.
We're sorry. However we afford package pick up Monday through Saturday. You're welcome at 6AM, though some pick up as early as 5AM. Yep.

Holiday season with very heavy mail and short staffed right now.
Wish the that they would hire people who are not lazy and we will have to get with the main post office post master that works in I think Washington D.C. and report them for there laziness
Moved to 52nd st 75216 aswell I’ve been receiving my mail already opened ,I signed up to receive snapshots by email so I know what I’m supposed to get ,lots of letters go missing
PO boxes start at $45 semiannualy.
Just ask them to hold your mail, until you come from vacation etc.. You may have to fill out a formally application. Or ask your neighbors to get your mail, if you trust them. Good luck.
I haven't received mail in over 5 days and have important mail to receive, I have missed important appointments because I haven't received mail this is constant and on going, I live in the 75216 area "unexcitable"

Items labeled return to sender are processed out of Caesar Clark and shipped back to sending customer by noon each day.

Our website (USPS.com) is customer friendly, schedule redelivery here. Also, contact your sender with updated mailing instructions, early.
You should be able to, but if not you can always go to your local USPS, and fill it out there. Or ask you mail carrier if they have one, and place it in your mail box!
