I haven't received mail in over 5 days and have important mail to receive, I have missed important appointments because I haven't received mail this is constant and on going, I live in the 75216 area "unexcitable"

I had the same problem z couplr of weeks ago. The USPS said that they delivered it on june10 at 12:51. So I ask my landlord to check the video. Same thing. No USPS postperson period. I went to the post office got the run around. So, I wound up cslling the company I ordered it from. They also tried the run around until I told them I had video Proing the post person never delivered their package. They changed their tune and investigated it. A week later they asked.me if I wanted the merchandise or my money refunded. Call whomever you are expectibg from and tell you never got it. But the best thing to do is to go to the Post Office and find out face to face. They hsve a delivery log for every piece of mail they deliver. It is possible you need to go to the Kiest Post Office.
