Lived here for a year and it was okay at best. Is it better than some places, yes but is it the best place to live, no. The best thing about living here is how close it was to New Belgium and the only reason I’m writing this review is because they are giving away a Polaroid, otherwise it wouldn’t be worth my time to write a review because of how mediocre this place is.

If you are a student I do not recommend living here. They charge random expenses in the signing process as well as fees in billing if paid online. If there is a chance of subletting Outpost charges both parties ridiculous amounts and ultimately rips you off. Utility billing and wifi is through a third party and is impossible to get a hold of with issues. Outpost management is very unhelpful. The amenities are not worth the money. However, the houses are large and parking was never an issue.

I think this place is very nice for the price. As a college student and first time renter it was easy and i didn’t have to take any loans out.
