Lived here for three years and can’t say I’m glad. Stayed cause it’s cheap and close to campus but you get what you pay for. Except you really don’t get what you pay for cause they raise rent and offer worsening services each year. Definitely regret renewing for 2022-2023. Neighbors shower draining into your cupboards? They fix the leak but don’t replace damaged cupboards. This happened twice. Still have water damaged cupboards. That internet that’s included in the rent? Doesn’t work and Xfinity customer service has no idea what’s going on with Ram’s Village. Also the included cable never worked either even with help from Comcast. Want windows that seal out the elements and insects? Don’t get that. You’ll get wasps coming in to sting you in the summer and poor insulation for the winter. Need to do laundry? Laundromat washers eat your coins and leave your clothes completely soaked and not rinsed. They also raised the price per wash. If your neighbors like to smoke, which they do, you’ll get that smell coming through your air ducts. Apartment came with cigarette burn holes in the carpet too. Also comes with very thin walls. Called maintenance about the rails to our stairs falling apart. Still haven’t fixed that one. Any day now and they’ll topple over. Sign at your own risk.

The apartments are decent but for what you get it’s not worth it. If a sense of security and safe being is what you are looking for, keep looking!! I’ve never had my car broken into nor had issues of theft but it’s occurred 2 times on RamsVillage West property within 5 months. After reading other low stared reviews, it’s certainly a common occurrence for theft to occur here. My car was broken into along with a friend of mine, and all I was told by RamsVillage was that the property doesn’t have cameras and good luck. But they sure are on top of parking violations though. Save yourself the time, trouble, and money, go somewhere else.

I've lived at Rams Village for several years. The staff is amazing, the maintenance team is awesome. They are very friendly and are so helpful regardless of the issue!
