I have been so grateful with my move in process..I must admit management did awesome job with answering any of my questions and maintenance always ontop things..they do things for tenants and children on every holiday and working to keep it nice.i just signed for another year lease..

My family has lived here for over a year and have had no issues. Both office and maintenance staff have always been professional and curtious. We would recommend living here to friends and family and we have. The property is kept up and its peaceful living.

My husband, my son and I have lived here for 12 years. We have seen multiple owners come and go. We have had an issue with doggie poopoo in our yard, but they installed cameras to fix it. In fact, ANY time we have had ANY issue, they have been very quick to fix it and happy to help. Abel and the rest of the maintenance team are phenomenal. DeeJay is a great office manager. If more people would follow the rules and give the office a chance to help solve problems, I’m sure there would be less negative reviews about this place. We are happy here; we plan to stay until we save enough to buy a home. Thank you Bull Run, for 12 great years.

Absolutely horrible behavior from management. They very routinely broke rental laws because they assumed that their tenants were ignorant of renter's rights laws and couldn't afford legal council. The problem was so significant that the complex should have been held liable. I also had an office employee tell me, after hearing me say that the office was useless to repair Another hot water problem at midnight, that any negative comment about them "won't be tolerated", which is a threat. This was based on a ridiculously gratuitous piece of infantile gossip. The office staff was also so ignorant of basic elements such as the need to replace furnace filters, which I informed them about myself! They also refused to fix my non-working oven after I moved in because they said that they were busy preparing empty apartments for new tenants. I had to inform them that my lease was based on a Working apartment, not one without a stove, so they needed to take care of tenants already paying rent. The term "Slumlord" applied to the behavior of the management and the apartment maintenance in ways I thought I'd never see.
