Picked up my f150 from getting oil and tire rotation. Had marked my tires with sharpie ahead of time. Tires were NOT rotated when I got in truck to leave. I confronted the mechanic who serviced it and it wasn’t until I showed him the sharpie marks that he confessed “to forgetting” to service my truck. Unclear if the oil change was done or if my truck sat on the lot all afternoon. Management was nice and refunded the tire rotation ~$25. I recommended everyone mark their tires and oil caps. Can’t trust anyone.

Antiquated rule about not returning purchased parts after 30 days. I ordered hitch for my RV which is on a Ford Transit van frame. I was specific about it being an RV. The hitch did not work and had to purchase one at install business. Now I have a $430 hitch, that I must sell myself.
