I just picked up my car from Maaco Auto Painting following the repairs they told me they will fix and my new paint job . Not only did Maaco Auto painting in Little Rock Arkansas didn’t fix the rear and side driver body of my car, but they also have paint all in my vehicle . The interior of my dash board , my computer screen , door frames , dash board, car frame and everywhere on the outside of my car that should not be. The manager told me upon arrival that they will not be fixing my vehicle and to remove the vehicle off of their lot! They took my money and would not give it back or atleAst fix my car .

I left my car at this location around 32 days ago. I cannot get an answer on when my car will be ready; they keep telling me different things. Here are the reasons from many calls: 1st The frame was bent. they needed to contact my insurance company to get additional funds for this damage. I called my insurance company, and they gave me the link to a form - all Maaco needs to do is submit form with photos of the undiscovered damage damage. 2nd My financing company needs photos of the damage and the completed repairs in order to sign the check for the benefits over to Maaco. 3rd this leads to the third reason - this location keeps telling me that they don’t have a body person any longer. They just expect me to wait this out, even though I am incurring charges from not having an automobile not to mention paying a car payment on a car that I don’t have to drive. I am having to juggle using my fiancé‘s car with using Uber; this is gotten very expensive. This location has not offered any recompense nor even empathy for the extended wait time due to their inability to keep employees, and they are just giving me different excuses each time. I do not know what to do. They are basically holding my car ransom at this point. They told me that they can’t submit the pictures of the completed work to my finance company in order to get the check signed, because they have no body person - this is the standing reason at this time. I cannot take a picture of the frame for them and send it to my insurance company – it Hass to be submitted by them. I cannot get the check released, because photos of the completed car have to be sent to my finance company, and the car isn’t completed. I will update this review when my circumstances change.

Corey the manager took care of. I’m not sure about these other reviews but for me he took great care of me & I’d recommend him and the company to any of my friends, family or a stranger. You can’t be unreasonable when dealing with a place offering service. I had a chance to really visit with Corey. He took on a lot of problems in December when he was asked to come back and help get it back in shape. He really does a great job if you’re fair and give the man a chance. This is what I see. Thanks you Maaco and especially Corey.
